Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Udmurt State University we have pleasure to invite you to participate in International Internet-Symposium «Integration of educational space: practices and prospects to carry out strategies of multicultural education» that will be held on-line on 10th October, 2014.

The Symposium aims to reveal similarities and differences in relevant multicultural education approaches applied in Russia, CIS countries, European Union and the USA as well as to define key tendencies to carry out strategies of multicultural education in the short term.

The Symposium is expected to cover the following range of issues:

1. Strategies of multicultural education applied in Russia, CIS countries, European Union and the USA: background and history.
2. State migration policy and its impact on the patterns of intercultural communication within education service.
3. Advanced experience and best practices to carry out two-tier system of education. Bologna process and its contribution to the implementation of multicultural education strategies.
4. Academic mobility as a feature of international integration in education.
5. Multicultural education in the short term: prospects and tendencies

The official languages of the Symposium are Russian and English.

We kindly ask you to confirm your participation and send your abstracts, reports and presentations by 25th September, 2014.
